INFORMATION WE HANDLE Depending on the service you request, we may handle: - Contact details you send us, such as your name, email address and message. - Shipment information, such as customer or recipient name, tracking code, carrier, origin, destination, shipment status, estimated arrival date, package description, discreet-shipment indicator, shipment notes and the latest shipment location entered by our staff or logistics partners. - Information you provide in communications about a quote, booking, delivery, claim or support request. - Basic technical request information processed by our website host, database provider and map services when your browser loads the site. This may include IP address, browser or device details, request time and map tiles requested. We do not ask visitors to share their device’s GPS location, and the tracking map does not obtain your device location. The map displays shipment coordinates recorded for the shipment. TRACKING CODE ACCESS A tracking code works like a link to shipment information. Anyone with a valid code may be able to view that shipment’s status, route, estimated arrival, package details and latest map location. Keep your code private and share it only with people you authorize. Contact us promptly if you believe a code has been exposed or used improperly. HOW WE USE INFORMATION We use information to provide and coordinate requested logistics services; create and update shipment records; display shipment tracking; respond to questions and service requests; communicate about delivery issues; maintain site and service security; prevent misuse; meet recordkeeping obligations; and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not use shipment details to create advertising profiles. LEGAL GROUNDS Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to take steps at your request or perform a contract, meet legal obligations, protect vital interests, or pursue legitimate operational interests such as service coordination and security. MAPS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS Shipment records are stored and served through Supabase, subject to the project owner’s configuration and Supabase’s applicable terms. The live map loads standard map tiles from OpenStreetMap Foundation-operated servers; those servers receive requests from your browser and may process technical request data under their policies. The map uses OpenStreetMap data and attribution. Shipment address geocoding is performed by Geoapify from our server when an administrator saves shipment locations. The location text and technical request data are sent to Geoapify for that purpose. Review the providers’ current privacy terms for their own handling practices. Map tiles are provided on a best-effort basis and may be unavailable. The administrator area uses authentication handled by Supabase and may use essential browser storage or cookies for sign-in and security. Your browser and hosting provider may also process technical data needed to deliver the website. If we add analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking, we will update this policy and provide any consent choices required by law. RETENTION AND SECURITY We keep shipment, contact and service records for as long as reasonably needed to coordinate services, answer follow-up questions, keep business and legal records, resolve disputes and protect the service. Retention periods depend on the record and applicable law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We restrict administrator access and encourage customers to protect tracking codes. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING Our logistics partners and technology providers may process information in countries other than yours.
