Terms of Service

TERMS OF SERVICE Last updated: 23 October 2026 PLEASE READ These terms apply to your use of the LogiTrack website and its public shipment-tracking features. The website is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] of [REGISTERED BUSINESS ADDRESS] (“LogiTrack,” “we,” “us” or “our”). A written quote, booking confirmation, bill of lading, carrier contract or other signed service agreement may contain additional terms and controls the shipment service where it conflicts with these website terms. WEBSITE AND TRACKING The site provides information about shipping, vehicle transport, air freight and cargo handling, a contact form, and shipment tracking by tracking code. Tracking information is provided to help you follow a shipment. Statuses, route illustrations, map markers and estimated arrival dates rely on information supplied or entered by our staff, carriers and logistics partners. They can be delayed, incomplete or change as a shipment moves. A map marker is not a guarantee of the package’s precise physical position, and an estimated arrival date is not a guaranteed delivery time unless a separate written agreement expressly says so. TRACKING CODES Anyone with a valid tracking code may be able to view the associated shipment status, route, estimated arrival, package description, discreet-shipment indicator and latest map location. Keep codes secure and share them only with authorized recipients. You must not use a code to access information you are not authorized to see. Notify us if a code is lost, exposed or used without permission. SHIPMENT DETAILS AND DISCREET SHIPMENTS Shipment descriptions and the discreet-shipment indicator are provided for identification and coordination. A discreet-shipment indicator does not by itself promise unmarked packaging, concealment of contents, special handling or a particular delivery method. Any such requirement must be requested and confirmed in writing as part of the applicable booking. Packaging, labels, declarations and inspections required by a carrier, customs authority or law may still disclose shipment information. QUOTES, BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT Information on the website is general and is not a binding offer to carry a shipment. Rates, service availability, insurance, payment deadlines, cancellation charges, surcharges and delivery commitments are those stated in the written quote and confirmed booking documents. A booking is accepted only when confirmed by us in writing. You remain responsible for charges, duties, taxes and fees allocated to you in the booking documents or required by law. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You must provide complete and accurate sender, recipient, address, contact, package and customs information; package goods safely and lawfully; obtain permits and documents required for transport; disclose dangerous, restricted, regulated, high-value or temperature-sensitive goods before booking; and ensure the shipment does not contain prohibited items. You must have authority to provide information about any sender, recipient or other person whose details you submit. You are responsible for reasonable costs or losses arising from materially inaccurate information, inadequate packaging, undeclared restricted goods or failure to provide required documents, subject to applicable law and the relevant service contract. CARRIERS, CUSTOMS AND DELIVERY Shipments may be handled by independent carriers, brokers, customs agents and delivery partners. Their operating conditions, route availability, border inspections, weather, security events, labor actions, infrastructure issues and other circumstances may affect service. Customs clearance, duties, taxes and inspections are controlled by relevant authorities. We will coordinate services described in the applicable booking, but cannot guarantee that authorities will release goods by a particular time. CARGO PROTECTION AND CLAIMS Insurance or cargo protection applies only if expressly offered, selected and confirmed in writing. Do not treat a website statement or tracking screen as proof of insurance. Notice requirements, claim deadlines, evidence requirements and liability limits are set by the applicable booking documents, carrier terms and mandatory law. Contact us promptly if a shipment is lost, damaged or delayed so we can explain the process that applies. ACCEPTABLE USE You may use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to access another person’s shipment without authority, interfere with site or map operation, submit false or harmful material, probe or bypass security, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts the service. We may suspend access or investigate suspected misuse, subject to applicable law. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Maps and other external services are provided by third parties and may be unavailable or governed by their own terms. OpenStreetMap tiles are subject to the OpenStreetMap Foundation’s tile usage policy. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent content or operation. Their availability does not change our obligations under a confirmed shipment agreement. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The website’s text, branding, layout and materials are owned by or licensed to us, except for third-party materials identified by their owners. You may view and use the site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit our materials without permission, except where the law allows. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY We take reasonable care to keep the website useful, but provide website information and tracking display on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied website warranties and liability for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, fraud, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability for transport services is governed by the applicable booking documents and mandatory transport laws, not by this website disclaimer. CHANGES, LAW AND CONTACT We may update these terms for future use by posting a revised version with a new date. A change does not alter a confirmed booking unless the applicable agreement or law permits it. These website terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], and disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction there, subject to mandatory consumer protections and the terms of any shipment contract. For questions, contact [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED BUSINESS ADDRESS], or [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL].
